Taste of Georgia Chicken Salad
Taste of Georgia Chicken Salad – utilizing chicken, pecans, apples & Vidalia onions – 4 big Georgia agriculture products:
2 bags garden mix lettuce
2 bags baby lettuce mix
1 bag baby spinach
8 apples (2 kinds), chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
4 pkg blue cheese
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
7 lb. tenders, baked, seasoned lemon pepper, chopped into bite-sized pieces
2 Bag Craisins
Roasted Pecans (roasted in melted butter & sprinkled with salt & raw sugar before roasting)
Toss all together & add dressing
Apple Vinaigrette:
Olive Oil
Apple Juice Concentrate
Apple Cider Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Seasoning Salt
Mustard
Chopped Garlic
